They say that bros are bros. They grow up together laughing at any joke. Sometimes they grow to die together. These two boys however are more than friends. They are in a brotherhood stronger than any other. They have been in the Blue Angels For years and they were renowned as the best duo to ever set foot in an F-18.

Flying in all directions shocking the crowd instantaneously. People in the crowd’s mouth slam into the floor as they demonstrate the Cobra manoeuvre. Their magnificent drawing in the sky is still embedded in my head to this day. On their 100th show however, things turn upside down, literally. One of the duo’s planes spun out of control flying into the ground upside down; he ejected in time launching him into the ground but his parachute saved him.
His friend makes an emergency landing and chases after him. Tears flood out of his eye while he sprints into a field after him. They meet up, hugging each other glad that it wasn’t their last moment.
That night they talked about the accident. A near disaster which could have turned their lives into a spinning trauma. Dinner was cold and as hard as obsidian. That night though. One of the mates went to the bathroom feeling sick. He let the beast out and came out to discover that his friend put poison in his food. Wobbly he storms to him while tears streamed as much as a flash flood.
He wanted all the attention all for himself. He wanted people to deem him the title of
THE BLUE ANGEL. Anger spreads as they shout and shout.
He throws a punch and slices his neck. Tears roll and blood pours. He thinks about what made him do this. It’s a betrayal and a fight he’ll never forget.
