Essential Exercise

Exercise is a significantly beneficial and quintessential activity to one's body and schools must endeavour to train young students to embrace exercise as much as gems! Exercise is a key necessity to survive and thrive. By establishing coaching and training students to participate in sport, this will greatly impact the kids’ lives, with exercise predominating their current and future daily routines!

Firstly, exercise keeps their minds running! Doing exercise can keep the brain functioning correctly and can benefit children substantially! Exercising consistently will keep our minds focused and active, as well as alleviating extreme stress levels, in order to perform well during intensive academic sessions! Maintaining clarity at school will make the student retain a healthy, active and well-balanced life!


Secondly, exercise can help with physical ailments! Regrettably, too many students are afflicted by physical ailments such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Whilst exercise may require temporarily painful discipline, not looking after one’s health will leave a lifetime of regrets. Hence, compulsory school exercise is tremendously helpful for the children to improve immunity and strengthen stamina.


Finally, exercise can help kids mentally! For instance, many kids nowadays mindlessly playing video games for hours on end until they have panda eyes. Excessive consumption of digital media depletes children’s social interactions, elevating their risk of depression and loneliness. One notable advantage is to exercise is that it forces people to socialise and interact outdoors, creating a bond with their new friends and improving their communication skills.


In conclusion, exercise is as important as food and water. Learning exercise will provide immense benefits to the body ensuring thorough progress to adulthood.
