Magnificent Melba

My dad and I recently travelled to Melbourne for vacation. We resided in the luxurious Langham hotel. Although I am not a fan of vintage and sophisticated interior design, the food was amazing.

Once you walk to the entrance, a polite waiter will take you to your seat. Once you arrive at your marble table, you can start to pick from the splendid plethora of food and drink. Within a matter of minutes of placing your order, you are able to indulge in lovely cuisine. The chefs cooked passionately, adorning my plate of spaghetti bolognese with fresh flowers and aromatic spices. The chefs here adhered to high standards of food hygiene and to traditional recipes by using authentic and exquisite ingredients. As soon as you take your first bite, the complex ocean of wonderful flavours will burst in your mouth. No matter how full you are, you will find room to enjoy this wonderful dish.

Then comes the buffet, you can choose from a variety of delicious dishes from hash browns to dumplings! The crispy yet juicy dumplings can make any acrimony and misery disappear. You can’t go wrong with the overwhelming abundance of options. Once you eat you will notice how perfect, fresh and flawless the food is! This is a rarity for buffets! The food was extraordinarily well done and the workers really have amazing talent. The waiters also are extremely kind and they have been trained very well!

Everyone at the restaurant including my dad, who is one the most picky food connoisseurs, adjudicated the buffet as 10 out of 10. Overall this is a must visit and I recommend anyone staying at this hotel to dine there!
